Our mission is to provide affordable housing for young adults aging out of foster care and offer sufficient support during their transition to independence. We will ensure that the youth in our program are aware of the benefits of community youth programs available to them to build their knowledge and increase their competencies, self-esteem and skills.
Our Vision Statement
It is our lifelong vision to build a better future for aged-out foster youth during their transition to independence through assisting them in finding affordable housing.
We are Mothers seeking to make a difference in our community one young adult at a time. This organization was established on November 17, 2020, with the goal to ensure that aged-out foster youths’ risks of homelessness never become a reality. Our team is committed to this mission and is helping as many youths as possible in our community and beyond.
Do not give your past the power to define your future. God placed it in my heart to be the change our young adult's needs.
